TRD 2100 - Conveyor belt with sorting system

This conveyor belt is suitable for carrying out, for example, the filling and the capping of cans and containers. In fact, using it together with a filling machine or a capping machine, it allows to carry out the filling and the capping, giving rise to a little automatic line.

Way of working

The containers are laid on the entry top and put manually on the conveyer belt chain. Proceeding toward the exit, they arrive to containers’ sorting system that allows the following processing in automatic. Once the described operation is finished, the container is released and left running up to the conveyor exit on the containing top.

Versatility

The possibility to change electronically the feed speed, makes sure that the conveyor can be employed for various functions and uses.

Safety

A set of mechanical safety guards guarantees the operator’s security.

Fast installation

The conveyor belt is self-contained and extremely solid, and in this way it is very simply to install. Furthermore it is equipped with 4 adjustable feet for stopping and 4 wheels that allow easy installation and moving.

Quick format change

The easy adjustment of the product containing guides, allows a very quick format change-over.
