 Machine for dosing and cooling hot products

Line fit for dosing hot products into containers during their translation, and their following cooling.
This line is particularly appropriate for packaging hair wax or shoe polish.

Realize in a simple way something complicated

The basic concept behind the functioning of our machine is very easy, but prevents the product from coming out due to the jars shaking caused by the selection system in the dosing station, a problem which is often observed in most of the traditional machines.
Our basic machine is made of a jars insertion system in the machine; 3 or 5 heated dosing devices with mechatronic technology; a jars transport conveyor belt; a cooling system and a tunnel where the jars filled with product are cooled.

The machine is adapted to the customer’s production requirements. Moreover, if and when requested, it may be supplemented by any feeding system for the jars and product, any capping system and possible packing.
